Contender Solutions is looking for an experienced Account Executive to create and foster strong business relationships in Southeast of the United States. Primary sales focus will be to build a sales pipeline for our ServiceNow Staff Augmentation solutions, licenses and implementation related services. You will assume existing accounts, drive our expansion strategy within the defined territory to develop new relationships and close net new business.

The Senior Solution Consultant provides technical pre-sales partnership with contender AE’s throughout the Southeast and provides prospective customers with product and solution advice during the pre-sales cycle. 

The Solution Consultant will participate in the acquisition and retention of customers by utilizing world-class technical pre-sales solution consulting techniques to communicate the value, business outcomes, and technical requirements of our ServiceNow offerings.

The ITSM Solutions Architect (SA) is responsible for leading a technical team through the deployment of a Contender Solutions IT Service Management project in ServiceNow. 

The SA works with the Project Manager (PM) and Business Transformation Consultant (BTC) to help guide the client to decisions that provide value for their business while adhering to industry and Contender best practices.

The ITOM Solutions Architect (SA) is responsible for leading a technical team through the deployment of a Contender Solutions Discovery project in ServiceNow. The SA works with the Project Manager (PM) and Business Analyst (BA) to help guide the client to decisions that provide value for their business while adhering to industry and Contender best practices.
